Taco Lasagne:

Brown 1 lb. of beef with 1/2 cup chopped onion.  
Stir in 1 packet of taco seasoning and 2/3 c. water and 
1 can 14.5 oz. Mexican diced tomatoes, undrained.  

Bring to a boil. 
Then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.  

Place 2 flour tortillas in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. 
Spread with 1/2 can of refried beans and sprinkle with 
1 cup cheese ( I used a Mexican blend). 

Top with 1/2 of meat mixture. Then repeat again with 
tortillas, beans, cheese and meat. 

Top it off with tortillas and cheese.  
Bake for 30 min. at 350.
